What is Live Call Transfer?
Non-customers always have questions about this important feature. Live call transfer allows us to use our phone system to transfer callers to you at any phone number (regular or cell) as if you were at one of our, er your, extensions.
Imagine calling the small law firm of Attorney Fran Jones. You would first speak to her secretary (us) and ask to speak with Ms. Jones.
The secretary would ascertain who you are and the nature of your call. Depending on her instructions, she will probably try to reach Ms. Jones.
You will be placed on hold while she calls Ms. Jones’ home office, tells her who is on the line, and asks if she would like to take the call.
At some point, you will either be transferred to Ms. Jones, or her secretary will come back on the line and give you a good excuse why Ms. Jones can’t take your call right now. If Ms. Jones is unavailable, you will be asked to leave a message or if you would like Ms. Jones’ voicemail.
Pretty simple, right?

If you refuse the call, your caller will never know the difference - they will be sent directly to voicemail. "Meet Me" service is billed at $0.10 per minute (to cover line and long distance costs) and is not charged against your monthly service minutes.
Employment Verification
Image Advantages' staff handles routine inquiries about past and present employees, based on records you provide. As per standard human resource practices, it is our policy to never comment on job performance - we merely confirm employment.
Multiple Office Addresses
